Artisan-made Guttiau flatbread is a variant of Pane Carasau, one of the most typical productz of Sardinia. The basic ingredients of Guttiau bread is the same of Carasau bread with the addition of olive oil. Guttiau comes in wafer thin light-coloured crisp sheets. It is beautiful by itself, with a glass of wine or a refreshing beer.
Serving suggestions: Add a little bit of olive oil, a pinch of salt and serve it as a complement to any appetiser.
