Villa Sibianna is the name of an important residence in the historic town of Orvieto, Umbria. Long known for it’s famous ‘duomo’ or cathedral that was once occupied by the Pope, Orvieto has a history entrenched as far back as the Etruscan era. Like many towns in Italy, this history extends through the Roman era and Middle Ages.
It can be only expected that an artisanal extra virgin olive oil produced from the local Frantoio olives of Orvieto would have to be equally amazing.
