Riso Margherita

Since 1904 Riso Marherita has been producing the best varieties of Italian rice signifying what is an integral part of Italian cuisine, with nearly every region of Italy proudly creating a traditional recipe using rice.

The family business takes care of the whole production process, from cultivation in the paddy-field, to rice drying and processing in the company rice mill with bleaching stones right through to packaging.
