From the region of Mache, our range of artisan, gourmet egg pasta is produced by Filotea. Founded in 2005 by two friends, Pietro and Francesco, the pair sought to make the finest egg pasta in the world. Each pasta is made according to a unique and traditional recipe that uses only the finest local ingredients.
