Caprese Pasta Salad

3 cups Pastificio Venturino Farfalle
½ cup Costa Ligure Pesto Genovese
¼ cup PGM Balsamic White Dressing “No. 4”
1 jar Sapore di Mare White Tuna Fillets
1 ½ cups fresh basil leaves
3 tomatoes, roughly chopped
180g baby bocconcini, halved
1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
2. Combine pesto and vinegar in a small jug and mix until combined.
3. Place tuna, basil, tomato, bocconcini and cooled pasta in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
4. Add pesto mixture to the pasta and toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
