1. What is the minimum order for my area?

There are no minimum orders to purchase from us. However, there are minimum orders to avoid delivery/freight fees, as per the Terms of Sale on our price list. These vary depending on your area, so please contact our office or your Sales Representative to confirm. 

2. What are my account terms?

All invoices are strictly 14 days, unless otherwise requested and approved when your account is setup.

3. I need help with my order, who can I contact?

For any questions in regards to orders, please contact your appointed Sales Representative directly. Otherwise please contact our office on 1300 909 400 to discuss. 

4. How do I pay an invoice?

5. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Please also no that there are ZERO additional charges for any credit card payments.

6. Do I need to order full boxes of product?

All products are to be sold in full carton/box quantity. 

7. What do I do if there is a problem with my order/delivery?

If there are any problems with orders or deliveries, please contact our office immediately on 1300 909 400. If a product is damaged due to delivery or the incorrect product has been provided, our office may ask for a photograph to be emailed which will help to resolve any problem quickly and promptly.

8. How do I know if I have any outstanding invoices?

If there are any outstanding invoices, an account statement will be emailed and posted to the address details on file.

9. How do I set up an Online Wholesale Account?

Please click here to setup an Online Wholesale Account, which will allow you to place an order anytime through our website. For existing customers, online accounts are generally setup within 1-2 business days.

10. How do I start purchasing?

11. Why can’t I see the prices of products on the website?

12. How do I request a pricelist?

For the wholesale pricelists, please contact our office on 1300 909 400. For existing customers, this can be emailed to you immediately or your Sales Representative can contact you to discuss.
